March Organized for Residents, Associates and Area Seniors

The Watermark at 3030 Park has announced it will participate in the March For Our Lives movement by organizing and participating in a local march on Saturday March 24th from 11:00 a.m – 11:30 a.m. at the retirement community. The demonstration will be attended by residents and associates. The greater community is invited to join The Watermark in peaceful protest.

“In the tragic wake of the seventeen lives brutally cut short in Florida,” states the March for Our Lives mission which was the inspiration for this sibling march, “the kids and families of March for Our Lives will take to the streets to demand that their lives and safety become a priority.” Watermark resident and organizer Linda Cohen-Calger says, “For those surviving students, of whom I am very proud, and the families of those murdered, I grieve with them. I am proud of The Watermark for showing support and standing with those brave young people who survived.”
