Mini-Golf Returns To Fairfield Public Library This Weekend

Two fundraising events will be held, one for adults and one for families.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Friends of Fairfield Public Library will host two mini-golf fundraising events at the Main Library in Fairfield, including a family oriented event on Sunday, April 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and an adults-only event on Saturday, April 25 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Admission to the Sunday family event is $5 per person or $20 per family, with payment collected at the door; children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. The adults-only “Mini-Golf After Dark” event, now in its second year, will feature music, food from local restaurants, and alcoholic beverages, and is open to those 21 and older; tickets are $65 per person and available online. Raffle prizes will be offered at both events.

Sponsors for this year’s events include Little Pub, Active Dog, Coghlan & Associates, Fairfield County Orthodontics, Bauen, and The Goddard School. Practice holes will be set up at both library locations in the weeks leading up to the events.

Founded in 2003, the Friends of Fairfield Public Library is a nonprofit organization that supports the library and promotes library services in the Fairfield community. The group sponsors programs including the Soundwaves concert series and the One Book One Town initiative, manages the Bruce S. Kershner Art Gallery at the Main Library, funds the museum pass program, and oversees used book and CD sales, including the Twice REaD Room and biannual book sales.
