New Healthy, Fast-Casual Restaurant Debuts in Downtown Fairfield

Freshii Fairfield is excited to announce its grand opening in Fairfield on January 19th. Located at 1499 Post Road, Freshii is situated next to the Fairfield University bookstore in downtown Fairfield and has both a front entrance from the Post Road and a rear entrance from the covered parking lot behind the book store. Freshii aims to provide fresh and nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go.

With a diverse breakfast, lunch and dinner menu consisting of salads, wraps, burritos, bowls, soups, juices and smoothies, you will find all that you need to integrate more veggies, healthy grains and proteins into your daily eating. Freshii Fairfield has a chef-designed menu but also offers the option to customize any dish, or make your own. Catering to almost every food preference and dietary restriction, including specific gluten-free designed items, everything is made fresh to order from non-GMO ingredients. Entrees are predominantly vegetarian to start, with the option to add hormone- and antibiotic-free proteins (chicken, steak, tofu, shrimp or falafel).

Freshii Fairfield will be open 7 days/week (8am-8pm Mon-Fri; 9am-8pm Saturday, and 10am-7pm on Sunday) for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
