The Fairfield location is owned and operated by Fairfield County residents and husband-and-wife team Kevin and Jennifer Fay. Kevin, is a former energy consultant, and Jennifer, a preschool teacher; both are fitness enthusiasts who are changing careers to become entrepreneurs with new Club Pilates studios. Both practice Pilates and have hired a very talented team of managers and instructors. All instructors have over 500 hours of teaching training and many more hours of practical experience teaching in Fairfield County.

“Pilates is excellent for your body because it lengthens muscles and strengthens the core and elongates and aligns the spine,” Kevin Fay said. “Most exercise takes a toll on your body, but Pilates rejuvenates it. Joseph Pilates’ famous quote about his method has proven to be true for our members. ‘In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see a difference and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.’”
