FAIRFIELD, CT — The Town of Fairfield, Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, and the Fairfield Museum and History Center announce that the traditional “Trick or Treat on Safety Street” will be moved and renamed to: Halloween on the Green, and held on the Historic Town Green behind the Fairfield Museum. The free event will take place on Sunday, October 30 and will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The property behind the Fairfield Museum (370 Beach Road) will be magically transformed into a Halloween village, full of places to visit and things to see and do. Children can comfortably trick-or-treat in an enchanted, but not-too-spooky environment, at Halloween on the Green this year!

Exciting displays will be set-up in the decorated historic buildings, including the Victorian Cottage, Sun Tavern and Old Academy Schoolhouse.
