Norwalk Oyster Festival Reopens at 11 AM After Closing Early Saturday

After closing the Norwalk Oyster Festival Saturday night due to concerns about the weather, organizers announced they are reopening it to run as scheduled on Sunday.

You can get tickets online here. The annual weekend event closes at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Norwalk Oyster Festival will open at 11 a.m.

We want to thank our tireless vendors and volunteers who worked so hard today and through the night to get everything ready for our opening. Guests can use their unused tickets or receipts from Saturday for entry on Sunday.

Unfortunately, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts cannot be rescheduled, as the band is committed to another event. The U.S. Army Field Band will perform at 1 p.m., and Tito Puente, Jr. Orchestra will be on the main stage at 4 p.m. For a full list of events, please visit www.seaport.org.
