As of 9 a.m. a bulk of the delays on I-95 and the Merritt Parkway have been cleared.

Here is what still remains as of 9 a.m.

NORWALK - Delays. I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 17 and 13 (4.8 miles). Reported Friday, October 28 at 6:19 am.

STAMFORD - Delays. I-95 Southbound is congested between Exits 10 and 5 (3.8 miles). Reported Friday, October 28 at 7:26 am.

NORWALK - Delays. RT15 Southbound is congested between Exits 40A and 35 (3.1 miles). Reported Friday, October 28 at 6:38 am.
