Northeast Financial provides commercial real estate mortgage programs for Office Buildings and other similar property types located in a 42 states except for Alaska, Alabama, Hawaii, Michigan, Nevada, North Dakota, Vermont and West Virginia.  We lend in California with the exception of LA County and Ohio with the exception of Cuyahoga County. Northeast Financial understands the special financing needs of Office properties.

As well we specialize in borrowers that don’t qualify for the traditional financing.

We offer a stated commercial mortgage program (ideal for self employed borrowers) from 50K-1.5MM. We are an ideal resource for commercial borrowers that own a commercial property and have a fair amount of equity in it or a client that is looking to purchase a commercial property. The maximum LTV on income producing and owner-user properties is 70% LTV.

We have the ability to close within 3-4 weeks on our Stated program. Our loans are based over 25 years (which keeps monthly payments affordable) and rates will be anywhere from 7.99%-12% depending on your property type and loan scenario.  Our rates are higher than your local bank, but we say yes when they are unable to. By basing your loan over 25 years we balance out the rate to make the monthly payments within your range.
