Parents Fight Over Referee's Call At Girls’ Basketball Game: Fairfield Police
Two men were charged after an argument reportedly turned into a physical confrontation after a girls' basketball game.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Two fathers are accused of getting into a physical confrontation after a girls’ basketball game outside of Fairfield Warde High School on Sunday morning, according to multiple reports.
The Fairfield Citizen reports Bradley Hards, 58, of Avon, and Richard Allison, 58, of Glen Ridge Road in Fairfield, were both charged for the incident.
Hards allegedly yelled at a referee for what he thought was a bad call during the game and Allison told him to keep quiet, according to the Fairfield Minuteman.

The men argued while walking outside of the gym where they allegedly hit each other, according to the Citizen.
