Police Warn Of Low-Flying Helicopter Saturday In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — Stratfield area residents need not worry if they see a helicopter hovering nearby Saturday afternoon, according to Fairfield police.

"Please be advised that on April 9, 2022, at approximately 3 p.m., a helicopter will make a few low flying passes over the golf course at Brooklawn Country Club for a private event," Fairfield police said Friday in a Facebook post. "We are aware of this event and it is in compliance with all licensing and flight requirements."
