Popular Breakfast & Lunch Restaurant Opening In Fairfield

The breakfast and lunch "oasis" is coming soon to Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Granola Bar, a popular “breakfast and lunch oasis,” will open its newest location — and sixth overall — in Fairfield next month at 1876 Black Rock Turnpike, according to the Connecticut Post. The Granola Bar, owned by Westport residents Julie Mountain and Dana Noorily, also has locations in Westport, Greenwich and Stamford, along with two locations in New York.

According to the description on its Facebook page, “The Granola Bar is a breakfast and lunch oasis. A happy place at the intersection of healthy and indulgent; a place of no judgements and no food rules! Just daily deliciousness!”

The Granola Bar will be located in the space of the former Miro Kitchen, which closed last March. Mountain told the Post they targeted the northern part of Fairfield for their newest location, saying they felt the area was greatly underserved and that the space “really spoke to us.”
