Raw Oyster Cult at FTC StageOne

We book a ton of NOLA jazz and funk. The FTC Board of Directors love it, the staff loves it, and it’s become apparent that a ton of you love it.

To reflect that obvious observation, the latest and one of the greatest New Orleans supergroups is making their StageOne debut on Thursday, June 2.

Raw Oyster Cult is not to be confused with that other Öyser Cult.

Radiators alumni Dave Malone, Camile Baudoin, and Frank Bua Jr. have teamed up with John Gros from Papa Grows Funk and Dave Pomerleau from Johnny Sketch & the Dirty Notes to take the supergroup scene by storm. They’re bringing original songs, an eclectic mix of Radiators classics, the tunes of John Gros, a solid list of funk’d out covers.

That and some great vocal harmony all contribute to the sweet repertoire that is Raw Oyster Cult.
