Real Estate Company Opens Office In Fairfield
Compass real estate now occupies a 4,000-square-foot space that was formerly home to Bankwell Executive Suites.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Real estate technology company Compass recently opened a new office in Fairfield.
Compass administrators and real estate agents were joined Dec. 2 by community leaders for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the office, 1 Sasco Hill Road.
Compass's expansion into Fairfield mirrors the company's recent growth throughout the state and nationwide. Since 2018, Compass has opened six offices throughout Connecticut in Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Westport, and now Fairfield. Over the last year, the company expanded into 14 new metro areas, including St. Louis, Minneapolis and Charlotte.

"We are proud to pair local real estate agents who are active members of the community with a vast national referral network and time-saving technology," said Mary Lowe, managing director of sales, in a news release.
The Compass Fairfield office, a 4,000-square-foot space that formerly held Bankwell Executive Suites, will house agents including Katie O'Grady, Helene Daly, David Kasnoff and Krista Alecia. Their combined expertise will allow more buyers and sellers to work with agents who service clients in Fairfield and throughout the Connecticut Gold Coast into Bridgeport, Stratford, Trumbull, Milford and beyond.

"Joining Compass in this fast-paced digital world has allowed me to move fast while keeping a personal focus on my clients," O'Grady said in the news release. "I'm looking forward to further expanding my business with the support of Compass's in-house marketing, PR, and social media agency."
Compass Connecticut has welcomed many top agents in recent years. According to Real Trends 2020, 15 small Compass teams ranked in the state's top 50 teams, far outpacing any other brokerage.
The new office comes at a time when Compass is heavily investing in digital tools. Compass Lens, for example, was launched last year. The Al-powered tool allows homeowners to envision what homes look like with cosmetic upgrades. Compass also recently launched Video Studio, a video-based suite that enables agents to create custom listing videos in minutes through the Compass proprietary platform.
