Renovated Mobil Mart Celebrates Grand Opening In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — Town officials recently celebrated the grand opening of the newly renovated Jay’s Mobil Mart with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Fairfield.

Jay’s Mobil Mart is located at 1271 Stratfield Road in Fairfield.

Fairfield First Selectwoman Brenda L. Kupchick, Director of Community and Economic Development, Mark Barnhart, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Balaz, and State Representative, Cristin McCarthy Vahey, joined owner Jay Patel at the ribbon-cutting ceremony on July 27.

Jay’s Mobil has been in the business for more than 20 years and is continuing to grow with the renovation of Jay’s Mobil Mart, according to a news release from Fairfield’s Office of Community & Economic Development.

“I take a pride in owning Jay’s Mobil Mart to serve the community and neighborhood,” Patel said. “We must consider our business impact on the community around us. This allows us to build relationships with the people and organizations by sponsoring events or initiatives in the community. We can increase our visibility and be ready to serve new customers.”
