Report: Fairfield Home-Health Aide, Upset over Pay and No Christmas Bonus, Stole From Patient
The woman is accused of stealing cash and jewelry from the patient.

Fairfield police have charged a Campfield Drive woman with stealing cash and jewelry from a woman she was caring for as a home-health aide, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
The Citizen reports that Kris Marsan, 47, told police she stole the items because she was upset she didn’t receive a Christmas bonus and wasn’t being paid her full hours while the patient was in a nursing home, which she said was part of the care agreement.
The patient’s son observed Marsan on a security video taking cash from a dresser drawer in his mother’s bedroom and alerted police, according to the Citizen.
