Shopping Center In Fairfield Sells For Nearly $60 Million: Report

FAIRFIELD, CT — The King's Crossing shopping center in Fairfield, at 330-350 Grasmere Ave., was sold last month for $57.8 million, reported New Haven Biz.

The three-building complex measures 82,000 square feet, and is home to a Whole Foods Market, a Chipotle, a CVS Pharmacy and other stores.

It was sold by New York-based Nuveen Alternative Holdings LLC to Boston-based TA Realty. Prior to last month's sale, the last time the complex reportedly was sold was in 2012, a year after it was completed, for $57.5 million.
