Here's what I think for the snow's end time Wednesday morning. Farther southeast the snow lingers the longest. pic.twitter.com/dzhcEhJNzj

The weather service says temps will drop this afternoon and evening quickly from a daytime high of near 60 degrees to below freezing overnight.
"The snow will impact the morning commute on Wednesday. The snow tapers off from west to east late Wednesday morning into early Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures around the freezing mark during the morning will only warm into the middle and upper 30s in the afternoon as skies become partly to mostly cloudy," according to the National Weather Service.

Here are some local CT meteorologists snow accumulation predictions:
Our high resolution ensemble for tomorrow morning shows 1"-2" in many areas with less than that in metro Hartford. Seems reasonable to me. Some slick spots and delays for the AM commute but I do not expect major issues. #nbcct pic.twitter.com/8rDqz3k7jh

Data is always flowing in the weather world. Tomorrow morning is not an easy forecast at all. "Anafrontal" snow. is not one to hang your hat on. Some outlets are pushing 4" of accumulation and I cant find much support for that. I say 1-2" is likely. School delays. Take the under. pic.twitter.com/FlIqbcmuJY

Rain changes to snow later tonight into Wednesday morning. A coating to 3". Not much. But the timing will lead to slippery spots and some delays. I think this model moves the snow out a smidge too fast. I'll post a timing graphic next. pic.twitter.com/3nCIVANA0S
