Summer Intensives, Missoula Children’s Theatre Camp at the Quick

Discover a world of fun with the arts this summer! All camps are in-person.

Between awesome summer intensives and the famous Missoula Children’s Theatre camp, your child’s summer will be far from boring. Let them unleash their creative side and get hands-on experience in a variety of fun classes and exciting theatre experiences here at the Quick Center. Check out what we have going on!


Open to grades 1-12, the Missoula Children’s Theatre offers six exciting weekly productions for campers to take part in, presenting a full-scale production with costumes, songs, and dance after just one week of rehearsals!

Session A: The Frog Prince – July 11-15
Session B: Rumpelstiltskin – July 18-22
Session C: The Little Mermaid – July 25-29
Session D: The Jungle Book – August 1-5
Session E: Red Riding Hood – August 8-12
Session F: Hansel and Gretel – August 15-19

Summer Intensives

Our Summer Intensives offer campers an opportunity to experience new and exciting art forms in immersive workshops taught by outstanding local artists.

All sessions are Monday-Thursday from 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Singing for the Stage/Session One – July 18-21, Ages 8-11
Singing for the Stage/Session Two – July 25-28, Ages 11 and up
Acting and Audition Prep – August 1-4, All ages
Introduction to Fashion Design – August 1-4, Ages 10-14
Introduction to Phone Photography and Storytelling – August 8-11, Ages 9-14
Sewing II – August 8-11, Ages 10-14
Introduction to Circus Skills – August 8-11, Ages 8 and up
Fashion Illustration II – August 15-18, Ages 10-14

EXTRA, EXTRA!

Why not add a little more excitement?

Campers have the opportunity to experience a full-day of summer excitement with two extra hours of theatre-based enrichment after Missoula Children’s Theatre camp each Monday – Thursday (2 p.m. - 4 p.m.). Campers will work directly with Missoula directors in small groups to create a collaborative project that will be showcased on the performance night.
