Trump Banned CT Media from Fairfield Campaign Rally: Report
Donald Trump's negative feelings about the media at his Connecticut campaign event apparently weren't limited to the national media.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Donald Trump’s tirade against the media during Saturday night’s campaign rally at Sacred Heart University apparently wasn’t just limited to the national media.
The Waterbury Republican-American reports that one of its own, Andrew Larson, was barred from the rally, without explanation.
When Larson pressed for a reason, he was told by a campaign spokesman that he “must have done something to piss Trump off,” according to the Republican-American. The paper reports that the campaign staff had a full page of reporters who were denied access as opposed to a four-page list of media that were allowed to enter.
