Vitale To Give Fairfield's 'State Of The Town' Address Thursday
The First Selectperson was originally scheduled to give the address on Monday, but Sunday's snowstorm resulted in a schedule change.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield First Selectperson Christine Vitale will deliver the town’s 2026 State of the Town address during a meeting of the Representative Town Meeting at 8 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, at the Board of Education building, 501 Kings Highway East.
The date and time were changed because of the significant snowstorm on Sunday that resulted in the closure of Town Hall on Monday, which is when the meeting was originally scheduled.
In her remarks, Vitale is expected to review the town’s accomplishments over the past year and outline priorities for the year ahead, including an emphasis on collaboration, long-term planning and responsible budgeting.
