The Watermark Unveils Community-Based “Lifelong Learning” Series

Art, world and music history classes taught by area professors, open to the public this fall

The Watermark at 3030 Park today announced its Lifelong Learning program, a new community-based initiative to encourage continued learning among Fairfield County senior adults. The presentations will be led by professors and academic leaders from across Connecticut with subjects including music, theater, science, academia, and politics.

The Fall 2017 classes will be open to the public and held at the continuing care retirement community, located at 3030 Park Avenue on the Bridgeport-Fairfield town line.

“Cultivating an environment of enrichment and growth is important to us at The Watermark at 3030 Park,” said Executive Director, Kristin Butler. “We wanted to offer residents a new avenue that promoted continued learning on a range of intriguing and important subjects. The Watermark is grateful to be surrounded by colleges and universities in Fairfield County and beyond, and we were all eager to build a partnership with these esteemed professors and academics.”
