Weather Concerns Remain Today, Several Accidents On CT Roads
Weather advisories and watches have been issued for CT Monday and the roads are a real mess this morning. Here are the updated conditions.

CONNECTICUT — The thunderstorms and heavy rain are exiting Connecticut this morning and even the dense fog will burn off soon, but several weather concerns remain for Monday. The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the entire state beginning this afternoon and into early Tuesday.
Winds will gust between 20 to 35 mph with some occasional gusts reaching 45 to 50 mph. "..Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and powerlines. Scattered power outages are expected," the National Weather Service says.
And a Flood Watch has been issued for the following rivers in Connecticut: Connecticut River At Thompsonville affecting Hartford and Hampden Counties, Connecticut River At Hartford affecting Hartford and Middlesex, and Counties Connecticut River At Middle Haddam affecting Middlesex County.

"Forecast rainfall overnight through Monday afternoon along with snowmelt in the upper reaches of the Connecticut will bring river rises approaching action stage across the lower Connecticut river. Action stage is possible late Monday evening, and minor flood by Tuesday morning," the NWS says.
As of 8 a.m. Monday, Eversource is reporting 1,300 power outages. United Illuminating Co. is reporting 8 outages in Woodbridge.
