Winning CT Lottery Ticket Sold In Southport Store

The winning ticket was worth more than $15,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Milford resident is $15,832 richer after claiming a winning lottery ticket that was purchased at a store in Southport, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On Tuesday, Kenute L. claimed a winning PLAY4 DAY ticket that was bought at Amg Retail in the 3200 block of the Post Road.

The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

The game, which has daily drawings, allows players to wager in $0.50 increments up to $5. Players can also add a Wild Ball wager, which doubles the cost.

Overall odds of winning vary, and prizes range from $25 to $25,000.
