Winning CT Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Sold In Fairfield
A Fairfield resident is also the lucky winner, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield resident is $10,000 richer this week after claiming a winning lottery ticket he purchased locally, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Wednesday, Gregory A. claimed a winning 30X Cash 10th Edition ticket he bought at 5-0-Food Store & Deli on Black Rock Turnpike.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

The game, which costs $30 per ticket, began in February, and as of Thursday, 60 grand prizes of $30,000 remained unclaimed, and 62 second-place prizes of $10,000 had not yet been claimed.
More than 1 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.53.
