Bogus Farmington Election Signs Liken Democrats to Diseases
Signs placed directly in front of genuine campaign signs were found Tuesday morning and quickly removed.

FARMINGTON, CT — Campaign signs are out in full force on lawns throughout Connecticut, but some discovered Tuesday morning in Farmington were not exactly endorsing any candidates. They were fake signs which replaced the names of several Democratic candidates with sexually-transmitted diseases.
The Hartford Courant reported the signs, bearing the words “Dripp Clapp Herpes” and "Row A," had been placed directly in front of genuine campaign signs at several intersections.
Democratic and Republican party leaders united in condemning the placement of the signs.
