Property Management/Landscaper (No Landscape Companies)

ISO 1 person FULL TIME to manage grounds and assist with horses when needed.....

**Beautiful 20-acre country estate and equestrian facility with rescue horses seeks a self-motivated, experienced individual to maintain the grounds and landscape as needed and help with some AM/PM feedings and turn-outs/turn-ins. Live on premises available to the right person.

Duties include but not limited to

• mowing
• garden-tending
• mulching
• leaf management in fall
• snow management in winter
• clean up woods,
• repair horse fencing and barns as needed *Assist horse management team as needed

Pay is commensurate with experience.

Experience with yard equipment and tools is required.

Position is full-time.

References required. MUST be a non-smoker.
