All new members of the Farmington Arts Passport program are invited to celebrate the program's kick-off at this event on Saturday. The event will feature an international theme, with butlered hors d'oeuvres, dinner, door prizes, and Brazilian music. A cash bar will be provided.
Guests also will have the opportunity to view the exhibit of work by Avis Turner, Marguerite French, and Carol Kaplan (all Farmington art teachers).
Annual Arts Passport memberships are $35 for families; $25 for individuals. Proceeds from the program’s membership fees will support visiting artists in each of the Farmington schools, provide scholarship money and discounts for student field trips, and other special programming.
