The Main Street Singers presents a Community of Children’s Voices involving elementary choirs from Tofflon School in Plainville, Union School in Farmington and Vance School in New Britain.
The Main Street Singers is a multi-racial, multi-cultural arts organization that brings together a diverse group of children from urban and suburban neighborhoods, schools, religious institutions, and community organizations to discover the power of singing together and to serve as ambassadors for this city.
They are: Neil Bahl, Kayla Baron, MicKenzie Collins, Alexa Darling, Mikaela Duggans, Scarlett Hemphill, Gillian Gereg, Mark Kirkland, Kaylin Ozaki, Jessica Sardilli, Kelly Shea, Natasha Silva, Grace Stacy, Emily Tycz, Zion Walker

Their music teacher, Ms. Kate Smallidge is directing the choir at the concert.
The students have attended several rehearsals together with their teacher Ms. Smallidge. The transportation and fees for the event have been partially funded by The Alexander Franklin Charitable Foundation.
