Traditional Cheesemaking

Cheese making is a time-honored way to use milk.  The Colonists were master cheese makers, stocking their buttery shelves with thick cheese "rounds."  Curator Kristen Wands will discuss Colonial cheese making as a prelude to showing The Cheese Nun, a PBS film about traditional cheese making around the world.
