The second annual Young Writer's Contest sponsored by the Farmington River Literary Arts Center is underway. Open to Farmington residents, the contest details and entry forms may be downloaded from the web site--www.frlac.org. The original deadline for submissions has been extended from July 31st to August 31st. The first place winners in poetry, fiction and essay will be published in Farmington Life and a celebration for all participants will be held at the Center in mid-Oct.
