Update: Farmington Crash On I-84 Cleared

FARMINGTON, CT — Traffic was snarled a bit on Interstate 84 in Farmington late Thursday morning due to a one-vehicle accident, but that crash has now been cleared.

According to the state Department of Transportation, the crash happened at about 10:48 a.m. Thursday in the westbound side between exits 39A and 39.

As a result if the crash, the right shoulder was closed.

According to the DOT's Twitter feed, the disabled vehicle was cleared at about 11:15 a.m. just past Exit 39A near the Route 9 interchange.
