Farmington Obituary: Stanislaw Kruszniewski, 61

Condolences to his family and friends.

Stanislaw 'Stan' Kruszniewski, 61, beloved husband to Grace (Bucholski) Kruszniewski, of Farmington, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 30, 2017 at his home.

He was born in Olecko, Poland and was son to the late Bronislaw and Jadwiga (Lapinska) Kruszniewski. He was owner and operator of Aeroturn Components and ICS of Plainville. He was an avid ice fisherman and enjoyed riding his Harley.

He will be remembered for his love of family and spending time with his grandchildren, being the most generous husband, father, brother and grandfather. He always made sure they had everything they needed. That was one of his greatest joys in life, making sure they were happy. He lived life for today, enjoying each one as if it was his last, because tomorrow was never promised.

In addition to his wife, Grace of 38 loving years, he is also survived and will be dearly missed by his children: Christopher Kruszniewski and his wife Becky of New Britain, Thomas Kruszniewski and his wife Jessica of New Britain and Monica Kruszniewski, his three precious grandchildren: Elysia, Nicholas and Victoria, two sisters; Marianna Kruszniewski of Cromwell and Teresa Rejterada and husband Andrzej of Poland and several nieces and nephews.

A time of visitation will be held Monday, April 3, 2017 from 5-8pm at New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. His funeral services will begin Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 9:30-10am for a brief gathering followed by his funeral liturgy at 10:30am in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
