April 12

Diego A. Carlos, 18, of 37 West Point Terr., Tariffville, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, on a warrant, 3:30 p.m.

April 13

Anthony R. Buono, 34, of 44 Lido Rd., Farmington, was charged with second-degree strangulation, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault, on a warrant, 11:54 a.m.

April 14

Tacayah L. Bernard, 38, of 130 Campfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 1:02 p.m.

April 15

David J. Connelly, 41, of 17 Burlington Ave., Bristol, operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Red Oak Hill Rd., 4:41 a.m.

Landon A. Whitney, 18, of 72 Dunne Ave., Collinsville, was charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while using a handheld mobile device, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave. and High St., 12:49 p.m.

Annalicia S. Monsegue, 22, of 9009 169th St., Jamaica, N.Y., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card (three counts), illegal reproduction of a credit card (eight counts), receipt of goods from an illegally used credit card (four counts), second-degree forgery, third-degree forgery and charging more than $500 on a revoked credit card, in connection with a fraud call on South Rd., 6:06 p.m.

Damon M. Jakobelt, 26, of 80 Litchfield Rd., Unionville, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 11:44 p.m.

April 16

Casey C. Cullien, 24, of 30 Milton Rd., Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, in connection with an assault call on Farmington Ave., 2:43 a.m.

Lynn Jakobelt, 52, of 274 Serkin Rd., Guilford, Vt., was charged with failure to respond to an infraction, on a warrant, 12:00 p.m.

April 17

James J. Murkette, 56, of 50 Whiting Ln., West Hartford, was charged with false statement and interfering with an officer, on a warrant, 10:45 a.m.

Casey J. Ciemniewski, 20, of 579 Elm St., Bristol, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance and operating under suspension, in connection with a burglary call on Farmington Chase, 1:21 p.m.
