Tuesday, Aug. 1

Sarah A. Blunt, 23, of 19 Mitchell Ct., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 12:31 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 3

James T. Andrews, 51, of 4 Maplewood Rd., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under the influence with a passenger under age 18 and operating while using a handheld mobile device, in connection with a traffic stop on Mill St., 2:45 p.m.

Friday, Aug. 4

Aaron W. Suarez, 20, of 381 East St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, second-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny, third-degree burglary (two counts), conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary (two counts) and first-degree criminal mischief, on a pair of warrants, 9:10 p.m.
