Christopher Dean, 36, of 153 1/2 Kneen St., Shelton, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Morea Rd., 5:54 p.m.
Ernest J. Raboin, 53, of 226 Shrub Rd., Bristol, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Main St., 9:41 p.m.

Ryan D. Fleming, 45, of 1 Old Field Rd., Unionville, was charged with evading responsibility, on a warrant, 9:55 p.m.
Aug. 16
David Salvador-Mendez, 19, of 18 Bedford St., Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under the influence by a person under age 21, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance and misuse of plate, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on Garden St. and Farmington Ave., 12:44 a.m.
Alex Toger, 63, of 58 Florence Way, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, on a warrant, 9:21 p.m.
Aug. 17
Joshalyn L. Burgos, 19, of 244 Farmington Ave., Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 12:57 p.m.
Aug. 18
Jeremy R. Mills, 21, of 61 Woodland St., Newington, was charged with operating under the influence and making improper turn, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Birdseye Rd., 1:18 a.m.
