Friday, Aug. 18

Laurie Anderson, 59, of 92 Cynthia St., Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 1:00 p.m.

Donna Doucette, 47, of 1706 Farmington Ave., Unionville, was charged with violating a standing criminal protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on New Britain Ave., 9:03 p.m.

Noeleen Kutz, 59, of 7 Lilac Ln., Farmington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Perry St., 10:12 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 19

Wilfredo Rivera, 45, of 13 Cross St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance on Town Farm Rd., 8:12 p.m.

Tracy Langer, 38, of 13 Cross St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, in connection with a disturbance on Town Farm Rd., 8:16 p.m.

Alfred R. Beauchamp, 51, of 102 Hoover Ave., Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a disturbance on Town Farm Rd., 8:16 p.m.

Brian A. Howard, 27, of 8 Knollwood Rd., Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Knollwood Rd,. 9:57 p.m.

Monday, Aug. 21

Karinou K. Mboka-Boyer, 27, of 22 Cobden St., Boston, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, speeding, improper turn and second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, on a warrant, 5:15 a.m.
