FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the latest arrest logs, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

Aug. 18

Thomas Heslin, 27, of 16 Redbud Ln., Glastonbury, was charged with delivery of alcohol to a minor, in connection with an alcohol violation on Farmington Ave., 11:35 a.m.

Peter Dean, 25, of 77 Cope Farms Rd., Farmington, was charged with delivery of alcohol to a minor, in connection with an alcohol violation on Main St., 11:35 a.m.

Aug. 19

Wendy C. Jackson, 58, of 241 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer, in connection with an incident at Westfarms Mall, 12:35 p.m.

Aug. 20

Daniel F. Dugo, 52, of 27-B Grandview Dr., Farmington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a graffiti spray painting incident on Grandview Dr., 6:15 p.m.

Javier Arteaga-Melendez, 35, of 152 Adelaide St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree failure to appear, in connection with a trespassing call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall and on a warrant, 6:52 p.m.

Aug. 22

Wesley L. Wallace, 23, of 32 Daily Farm Rd., Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, on a warrant, 7:30 a.m.

Frank D. Pascale, 60, of 15 Winterwood Terr., Farmington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), on a pair of warrants, 10:35 a.m.

Jake Pendergast, 25, of 73 Cedar St., Norwich, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree robbery, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 11:47 a.m.

Richard B. Dube, 58, of 250 Contour Dr., Cheshire, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a motor vehicle stop on New Britain Ave., 1:53 p.m.
