Thursday, Aug. 31

Olga Frejlich, 18, of 78 Litchfield Rd., Unionville, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Litchfield Rd., 1:44 a.m.

Katlyn E. Porter, 27, of 83 Rivermead Blvd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension and operating without minimum insurance, in connection with a shoplifting call at Stop & Shop on Route 4, 1:48 p.m.

Jason R. Miller, 28, of 17 West Raymond St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, evading responsibility, use of drug paraphernalia and operating without a license, in connection with a shoplifting call at Stop & Shop on Route 4, 1:48 p.m.

Christopher A. Field, 40, of 25 Glenwood Dr., Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney in Westfarms Mall, 2:45 p.m.

Steffan R. Guttormsen, 26, of 668 Stevens St., Bristol, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree failure to appear and failure to drive in proper lane, on a pair of warrants, 10:49 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 1

Mayaloni Soto, 40, of 2-A Fraser Pl., Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny, operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle complaint on Farmington Ave., 1:07 a.m.

Saturday, Sept. 2

Jason J. Burns, 38, of 33 Covington St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, unsafe tires, operating using a handheld mobile device and improper parking, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 3:55 a.m.

Ronald Vallario, 59, of 9 Sunset Dr., Unionville, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Sunset Dr., 5:53 p.m.
