Matthew J. Rybka, 26, of 1042 Pequannock Ave., Groton, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 5:40 p.m.

Grandoldt Kerby, 20, of 708 Chestnut St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:58 p.m.

Shane J. Sawicki, 21, of 5 Pilgrim Path, Farmington, was charged with illegal cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hallucinogen/more than four ounces of marijuana, 2:50 p.m.
