Thursday, Dec. 20

Wayne J. Crow, 43, of 2 Fox Run Rd., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Fox Run Rd., 1:35 a.m.

Alan Caron, 52, of 60 Dobek Rd., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension, operating without minimum insurance and failure to carry license, in connection with a traffic stop on Carrington Ln., 4:41 p.m.

Todd B. Stillwell, 48, of 154-71 Brookville Blvd., Rosedale, NY, was charged with first-degree identity theft, third-degree identity theft, first-degree forgery, third-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, criminal attempt to commit second-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, in connection with a fraud call at Westfarms Mall, 6:21 p.m.
