Roberta C. Downer, 43, of 11 Linden Ln., Avon, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a traffic stop on Brickyard Rd., 1:12 a.m.

Darrin S. Miller, 28, of 23 Spruce St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farmington Ave., 3:07 a.m.
Nader M. Alhasani, 18, of 124 Miller St., New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at JC Penney at Westfarms Mall, 8:06 p.m.

Kilee D. L. Bosley, 18, of 418 Farmington Ave., New Britain, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Farmington Ave., 12:55 a.m.
Lawrence R. Patterson, 55, of 410 East Main St., Meriden, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 11:23 a.m.
Thursday, Feb. 28
Joshua D. Fiorillo, 26, of 11 Railroad Rd., Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and interfering with an emergency call, on a warrant, 10:45 a.m.
Jason Allegrini, 36, of 305 Frost Rd., Waterbury, was charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace, on a warrant, 1:38 p.m.
Joseph P. Montineri, 28, of 585 Goodwin St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation and second-degree forgery, on a pair of warrants, 2:24 p.m.
William M.
