Jamar R. Greaves, 29, of 83 Sutton Pl., Bloomfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, on a warrant, 1:03 a.m.

Sunday, Jan. 20

Paul N. Mugo, 38, of 34 Ames Ave., Wrentham, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence, operating under suspension, operating without a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating without minimum insurance, in connection with a traffic stop on Main St., 1:33 a.m.

Takie Oliver, 36, of 543 Albany Ave., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance, in connection with a narcotics violation on Farmington Ave. and on a warrant, 11:16 a.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 22

David A. Crespo, 33, of Farmington Ave., Unionville, was charged with failure to keep narcotics in original container (two counts), illegally obtaining a prescription drug via fraud (two counts), operating a drug factory, possession of a controlled substance within 1,500 feet of a school/daycare (two counts), sale of certain illegal drugs and use of drug paraphernalia, on a warrant, 10:55 a.m.

Michael B. Foster, 27, of11 Bari Ln., Unionville, was charged with violation of probation, on a warrant, 12:30 p.m.

Jose A. Vargas, 41, of 55 Great Hill Rd., East Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and third-degree burglary (three counts), on three warrants, 1:35 p.m.

Chase Chiangi, 32, of 70 Thomas St., Norwich, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, in connection with a traffic stop on New Britain Ave., 8:22 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 24

Denny D. Toribio, 40, of 749 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint, reckless driving and evading responsibility (two counts), on a warrant, 3:30 a.m.

Audeliz Valentin, 55, of 29 Annawan St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal mischief, on a warrant, 12:36 p.m.
