July 28

Gabriel Ortiz, 34, of 48 Hillside Ave., Winsted, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 6:15 a.m.

Angel L. Fuentes-Molina, 20, of 148 Collins St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a disturbance at Westfarms Mall, 12:55 p.m.

Javier Arteaga-Melendez, 34, of 209 Glen St., New Britain, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny, in connection with a shoplifting call at Westfarms Mall, 6:02 p.m.

Aug. 1

Luis E. Delgado, 46, of 320 Tobacco St., Lebanon, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and misuse of plate, on a warrant, 8:30 a.m.
