Marvin E. Spencer, 38, of 1 Batterson Park Rd., Apt. 227, Farmington, was charged with prostitution, conspiracy to commit prostitution, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and an extradition arrest, in connection with a prostitution call on Batterson Park Rd. and on a warrant, 1:00 p.m.

Jessica M. Luevano, 29, of 6030 Marshalee Dr., Elkridge, Md., was charged with conspiracy to commit prostitution and criminal attempt to commit prostitution, in connection with a prostitution call on Batterson Park Rd., 2:04 p.m.
Darrell S. Bailey, 55, of 136 Porters Pass, Berlin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance, 5:46 p.m.

Michele J. Rabushka, 53, of 380 Merrow Rd., Coventry, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane and traveling unreasonably fast, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 2:13 a.m.
Nestor Lopez-Perez, 22, of 67 Milton Dr., Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a domestic disturbance at Westfarms Mall, 9:44 p.m.
Sunday, July 2
Genevieve I. Sparrow, 34, of 50-B Aspinook St., Jewett City, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief, in connection with a disorderly conduct call on South Rd., 11:39 p.m.
Monday, July 3
Nina Felder, 30, of 32 Lido Rd., Unionville, was charged with risk of injury to a child, on a warrant, 9:43 a.m.
Leo Donahue, 34, of 95 Perry St., Unionville, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 7:12 p.m.
