Andrew C. Nelson, 35, of 30 Cabot St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 6:21 p.m.
Saturday, June 10
Melissa L. Zommer, 25, of 16-A Johnson Ave., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, failure to carry license and traveling unreasonably fast, in connection with a traffic stop on Hyde Rd., 12:30 a.m.
Chemataguess Phillips, 27, of 4 Poplar St., Waterbury, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Town Farm Rd., 5:00 a.m.
Sunday, June 11
Alberto L. Martinez, 22, of 150 Gilbert Ave., New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana and illegal possession of prescription drugs, in connection with a stolen motor vehicle call on Collinsville Rd., 6:45 p.m.
Maritza Torres, 33, of 174 Fitch St., New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance, in connection with a stolen motor vehicle call on Collinsville Rd., 6:46 p.m.
Gamalier Santiago, 23, of 28 Arlington St., Meriden, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, , in connection with a stolen motor vehicle call on Collinsville Rd., 6:49 p.m.
