March 1

Caleb Foint, 31, of 156-B Main St., Collinsville, was charged with illegal manufacture/distribution/selling of cannabis/controlled substance, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia and operating under suspension, in connection with a traffic stop on Plainville Ave., 10:42 a.m.

March 2

Kevin K. Knoff, 24, of 178 Hungerford St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia, in conection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 4:26 p.m.

March 3

Timothy N. McDorman, 38, of 205 Back Ln., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, on a warrant, 11:30 a.m.

March 4

Hector Fernandez, 30, of 205 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with a 911 call, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree reckless endangerment, in connection wth a domestic disturbance on Webster St., 8:15 a.m.

March 5

Unique Russell, 21, of 476 Wethersfeidl Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor, in connection with a shoplifting call at Lord & Taylor in Westfarms Mall, 1:40 p.m.

Mario E. Martinez, 36, of 15 Natick St., Hartford, was charged with drinking while driving, in connection with a traffic stop on South Rd., 2:14 p.m.
