John Symonds, 57, of 26 Torpey Dr., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, in connection with a traffic stop on Scott Swamp Rd., 5:30 p.m.

March 12

Tahira A. Stringer-Weston, 23, of 183 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 3:45 p.m.

March 13

Alexander Velazquez, 40, of 14 Kenyon Pl., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, in connection with a traffic stop on Main St. and Farmington Ave., 2:43 a.m.
