Raymond Sarfo, 24, of 227 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree identity theft, third-degree identity theft (seven counts), criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny (eight counts) and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card (eight counts), on a warrant, 11:05 a.m.

Chambriell Strickland, 24, of 161 Middlefield St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 2:33 p.m.
Keara M. McDade, 25, of 30 Mahl Ave., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 2:33 p.m.

Cindy L. Latorrey, 25, of 738 St. Marks Ave., Brooklyn, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 9:30 p.m.
March 19
Szymon P. Siednienko, 21, of 396 Cooke St., Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order, in connection with a domestic disturbance on Rt. 4, 2:05 a.m.
Christian Quintana, 33, of 95 Nutmeg Ln., East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, in connection with a motor vehicle accident on Main St., 3:55 a.m.
March 20
Chislon A. Spruell, 21, of 241 Ada Dr., Staten Island, N.Y., was charged with first-degree forgery, conspiracy and second-degree breach of peace, in connection with a call on South Rd., 9:58 p.m.
Deconte T. Jackson, 22, of 6 Diamond Hill Rd., Hampton, Va., was charged with first-degree forgery, conspiracy, second-degree breach of peace, carrying a pistol without a permit and violation of large capacity magazine requirements, in connection with a call on South Rd., 9:58 p.m.
Jzatiek L. Coates, 20, of 15 Skinner Ln., Staten Island, N.Y., was charged with first-degree forgery (two counts), second-degree breach of peace and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, in connection with a call on South Rd., 9:58 p.m.
