Kwadwo O.A. Osei, 34, of 144 New Britain Ave., Plainville, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 12:24 a.m.

Bianca D. Vernali, 22, of 190 John Olds Dr., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence and operating a motor vehicle at too slow speed, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 1:07 a.m.

Yolanda Y. Ortiz, 36, of 47 Main St., Vernon, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 3:30 p.m.
