Tuesday, Sept. 19

Derek J. Dennis, 52, of 30 Canterbury St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass, on a warrant, 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 20

Mark A. Heebner, 40, of 21 Bridge St., Kent, was charged with evading responsibility, following too closely, operating without a license and operating while using a handheld electronic device, on a warrant, 12:05 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 22

Laqyla D. Foy, 25, of 251 Plainfield St., Hartford, was charged with identity theft, credit card theft, sixth-degree larceny, second-degree false statement, conspiracy to commit illegal use of credit card (two counts) and charging less than $500 on a revoked credit card (two counts) on a warrant, 12:22 a.m.

Keith T. Trawick, 26, of 491 South Main St., Torrington, was charged with operating under the influence, in connection with a traffic stop on Farmington Ave., 1:46 a.m.

Juquana Little, 28, of 153 Enfield St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:06 a.m.

Celine A. Miller, 18, of 2922 Tenbroeck Ave., Bronx, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and illegal possession of a shoplifting device, in connection with a shoplifting call on South Rd., 5:43 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 23

Maria Drouin, 48, of 415 Stanley St., New Britain, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (two counts), use of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, in connection with a suspicious vehicle call on Colt Hwy., 10:10 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 24

Zachary Smith, 25, of 119 Grove St., Torrington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (three counts), on three warrants, 11:00 a.m.
